Hi,
in the DOORS's client (i have 9.1), you can't (and you don't have zoom)

Go to Tools/Options/Display tab. Select the Fonts tab - you can set it for Headings, Body Text and Graphics.

We have revision 9.2, and I don't see an "Options..." menu item under Tools. Is that maybe something you created locally?
